1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FengQunMailHub (the "Application", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use FengQunMailHub.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FengQunMailHub ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of our Gmail account management application.

2. Description of Service

FengQunMailHub is a desktop application that enables users to authorize multiple Gmail accounts via Google OAuth 2.0 and manage email operations — including reading, composing, and sending emails — across all authorized accounts from a single interface.

FengQunMailHub uses the Gmail API provided by Google LLC. Your use of Gmail through FengQunMailHub is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FengQunMailHub. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You own or have authorized access to the Gmail accounts you connect to FengQunMailHub.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FengQunMailHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use FengQunMailHub to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or any communications prohibited by applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Google's services or infrastructure.
• Use FengQunMailHub for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

5. Google API Compliance

FengQunMailHub integrates with the Gmail API under Google's API Terms of Service. As a user, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all actions taken with your authorized Gmail accounts through FengQunMailHub.
• You will not use FengQunMailHub to violate Google's Terms of Service or Gmail Program Policies.
• Google may suspend or terminate API access if usage violates their policies, which would affect FengQunMailHub's functionality.

6. Account Authorization and Responsibility

When you authorize a Gmail account within FengQunMailHub, you grant FengQunMailHub permission to access that account via the Gmail API on your behalf. You are solely responsible for:

• All emails sent from your accounts through FengQunMailHub.
• Maintaining the security of your device where FengQunMailHub is installed.
• Revoking access for any account you no longer wish to manage through FengQunMailHub.

7. Intellectual Property

FengQunMailHub and all related software, design, and content are the property of FengQunMailHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute FengQunMailHub without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Application.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

8. Disclaimers

FengQunMailHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• FengQunMailHub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any emails sent or received will be delivered without delay or failure.
• The Gmail API will remain available or unchanged (as it is operated by Google).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FengQunMailHub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of emails, or business interruption.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue FengQunMailHub at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FengQunMailHub after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
