Welcome to FengQunMailHub ("we", "our", or "us"). FengQunMailHub is a desktop application that allows users to authorize and manage multiple Gmail accounts for sending and receiving emails using the Gmail API provided by Google LLC.

This Privacy Policy describes how FengQunMailHub collects, uses, and protects information obtained through your use of our application. By using FengQunMailHub, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

FengQunMailHub does not require you to create an account or provide personal information directly to us. The only information collected is what is necessary to operate the Gmail API integration.

2.2 Google Account Data

When you authorize a Gmail account through FengQunMailHub, we access the following data via the Gmail API on your behalf:

• Your Gmail email address (used to identify the account within the app)
• Email messages and metadata (subject, sender, recipients, timestamps) — only to display them to you
• The ability to send emails on your behalf when you explicitly initiate a send action

2.3 OAuth Tokens

FengQunMailHub stores OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens issued by Google on your local device. These tokens allow the application to access your Gmail account on your behalf without storing your Google password. These tokens are never transmitted to our servers.

2.4 Usage Data

FengQunMailHub does not collect analytics, telemetry, or usage data. We do not have servers that receive your email content or account information.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data accessed through the Gmail API is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Displaying emails: To show you your incoming messages within the FengQunMailHub interface.
• Sending emails: To deliver emails you compose and send through the application.
• Account identification: To display which Gmail accounts are currently authorized in the app.

We do not use your email data for advertising, profiling, machine learning training, or any purpose other than providing the core features of FengQunMailHub.

4. Google API Services

FengQunMailHub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, FengQunMailHub:

• Only requests Gmail scopes necessary for the features described in this policy.
• Does not share Google user data with any third parties.
• Does not use Google user data for any purpose not disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
• Does not allow humans to read your Gmail messages unless you have given explicit permission or it is required for security or legal purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data accessed by FengQunMailHub is stored locally on your device. OAuth tokens are stored in your local application data directory and are protected by your operating system's file permissions.

We do not operate servers that store your email content or personal information. Your data never leaves your device except when communicating directly with Google's Gmail API over encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

FengQunMailHub does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or email data with any third parties. Your data is not disclosed except in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by applicable law or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of FengQunMailHub users or the public.

7. Revoking Access

You can revoke FengQunMailHub's access to your Gmail account at any time by:

• Using the "Remove Account" feature within FengQunMailHub, which deletes the stored tokens from your device.
• Visiting your Google Account Permissions page and revoking FengQunMailHub's access.

Once access is revoked, FengQunMailHub can no longer read or send emails for that account.

8. Children's Privacy

FengQunMailHub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used FengQunMailHub and provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
